Bought 2 4 wheelers last December 2013 for our Grand Children paid CASH!
Had to put my grandson's in the shop May 2014 it is now August 26th and it is STILL IN THERE.
No on will return my calls....
The person that answers the phone is rude!!!!
...
They keep telling me that it is problems on Arctic End...and that is the reason it is not fixed yet!
I am at my wits end...
I AM GOING TO PICK IT UP THIS AFTERNOON AFTER WORK.. and take it somewhere to get it fix. Hard earn money down the drain - bought extra warranty work - and that is down the drain.

worst place ever!! if you want good customer service, good pricing and fast service. DON"T GO HERE!! The owner is rude and an ass. He dvrives customers away. I don't know how they stay in business. Everything about this place is BAD!
