All they have is someones used POS that they get from dealers who don't to represent that stuff to their customers! Bought a used bike, they said it was all serviced and ready to go, what BS! After I bought it started having major issues, so I took it to a franchise dealer who looked the bike up ... on their computer, come to find out had a blown motor just before I bought it due to oil sensors that 3 different dealers couldnt fix, so I bought someones elses PROBLEM and now Im paying for it as this Cycle Exchange dealer wouldn't refund me my $ or even try to help me.
