I purchased a 800 Kawasaki and was very happy with it. I was riding it and the bell broke and jammed the motor I took it to Tri County and they fixed the belt. When I brought it home I noticed it was making a very loud noise. Like a grinding noise that is very loud. I took it back to Tri County again ... and the kept it for 3 weeks and did not fix it. I was told by the mechanic to take it home and ride it until it tore up. A few days later i receive a recall letter on that belt.I have 3 year warranty on it and still owe on it. I don't want the motor rebuilt when I bought it I paid for a new motor and I want a new motor. So if you are looking to purchase a Kawaski, I reckomend buying from somewhere else. The thing that really bothers me, is that I have always recommended Tri County to people that were looking for a side by side.

Went down there to get a tire changed, took it off myself. Tires was only $36 and when I got the bill it was $76 apparently charged me for a new tube when I already had a good one in it ($20). And charged another $20 to put in on. Wow, thanks for taking as much money from me as possible. I ll never ... step foot in the door again.
