I bought a 2017 outlander 570 with a 3 year extended warranty and after 2 months and 5.5 miles on it I took it back because the front brake leaked al over they fixed it and wanted to charge me for the parts replace that were painted because they were cosmetic parts even though it was damaged by ... the brake leak after 5.5 miles. I called them today because the cable on the wench broke this thing is not a year old and has been used very little with no trail riding I was told it was not covered but I could pay to have it replaced. The warranty is a total joke it covers nothing. I have to take it back for a recall and I will be taking it some where else. The customer service here is a total joke.

I went up to Two Brothers with a battery for my 2002 Sea-Doo RX-DI that I had bought the year before there. I didn't use the jet ski after I got the battery and when the Service Department man tested it he said it was bad and sold me a new battery. This was July 7, 2012. I put the battery in and ... the jet ski still would not run.
After doing research on the internet about the problem I was having with the jet ski, I went back to the store on July 12, 2012 and told the same guy that I thought it was a voltage regulator that I needed replaced according to what I had read. He dismissed my information and said that they would have to see.
After running diagnostic they told me that I needed to replace the Stator. I questioned about the voltage regulator and they again dismissed it. At that point I should of taken the ski home, but I allowed them to proceed. I had been a customer for 7 years.
They replaced the Stator $317.99 and when I went up after a couple of weeks, I was told that the voltage regulator $113.95 needed to be replaced also. I told them that, that is what I wanted to have replaced from the start, but they said they had to go by the BOOK.
I also talked to the owner and he said that he would check into this and get back to me, which he never did!!!! I was very disgusted with the situation.
I took the old Stator to 2 different Motor shops and both places tested it and said that the Stator was not faulty!!! I know it was my fault for trusting Two Brothers and allowing them to replace the Stator. I have heard from other customers and dealers that they are there to make money!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AND I TELL OTHER PEOPLE WHAT HAPPENED TO ME AND BEWARE!!!!!
