I bought my Hyosung ST7 from there. Was very happy with the bike. I added many upgrades to my new bike and had them install everything. The bike had a scratch on the front fender, I asked for touch up paint at the time of my purchase, Still haven't gotten that from them. My brand new windshield ... that I had them install cracked because they forgot to install the rubber gaskets with the screws. I took pictures and e-mailed them to John (the owner) back in October, I have called several times to inquirer about it first I was told it was ordered, then I was told they got the wrong one, now the story is bring it in so we can take pictures of it. I called today to check on the windshield and also my wife has called a few times to get the floor boards for my bike, This is the second time she called about that. The story is I'm with a customer right now can you call back later. When you do call back there is always another story as to why they cannot speak to you. Today we were told that he's call back in the afternoon. No phone call, so I called again, this time spoke to the Mrs. (the owner's wife) When I explained that I really wanted a return call because they don't seem to like to return phone calls she hung up on me. Then I got a very nasty phone call from John, he accused me of calling his wife a liar, which never happened, and I was called a punk by John. Not exactly a very professional place to do business. They like your money but don't expect anything else from them once you make your purchase.
