I understand how to ride my scoot but what she needs to run well mystifies.
My salesman was great (Sean) and told me all about what needed to be done and when I wanted to know the why he didn't talk down to me but took me to the service guy who explained it all and it made sense!
I made an appointment for the first service but got 600 miles a week sooner then I planned.
I called to see if we could move the appointment and was told "bring it in today if you want, we will make it happen but it may be late if you want to wait for it".
I figured they were slow, HARDLY! The place was packed with the service guy answering calls every minute and a line at the counter.
I had to work till 4 and didn't get to the dealer till 4:30. They locked the doors at 5 but the service manager himself serviced my scoot staying an hour and a half after close.
AWESOME 5 star service!!!! Everyone at st Louis Vespa cares. Customer for life!
