Poor phone etiquette, nobody ever identifies themselves so you have no idea who you're talking to, the parts guy was very UN-knowledgeable when I asked for common parts and made it clear that I was an annoyance when I called ahead to find out if they had parts in stock before driving there. Did ... not have common seals and o-rings in stock, but (of course) they "can order it". These guys need some serious updating in the customer service/customer contact area, and as a business owner of an eight-year business, I'm qualified to say that. I have crossed them off my list permanently.
