#UtvRally

As the editor of ATV.com, I’ve had the opportunity to enjoy some of the best riding areas in the world. That list includes West Virginia’s Hatfield-McCoy trail system, but my only visit was very short. Wanting to get the full Hatfield-McCoy experience, I decided to take part in one of the biggest ATV rallies anywhere –the 2015 Gilbert National TrailFest.

The event is hosted by the town of Gilbert, WV, which is about 80 miles south of Charleston, WV. Though it’s off the beaten path from the major highways, the drive into Gilbert is quite stunning as you wind through the Appalachian Mountains. Its location also means it is within a reasonably short drive of Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, and Tennessee. Three friends and I decided to test the boundaries of reasonable and travelled down from Toronto, Ontario.

As avid ATV and UTV enthusiasts, few things make us happier than sharing our love of the sport with likeminded people. The 2012 Eastern Sierra ATV & UTV Jamboree took place earlier this month and though we weren’t able to go, our friends at STI Tire & Wheel were kind enough to share some of their great photos from the event.

According to organizers, this is California’s only ATV and UTV jamboree and if you happen to be in the area it’s not to be missed. Check out the photos below the jump and see for yourself. Bennche is brand new to the world of UTVs and ATVs, but the Texas-based distributor is doing its best to introduce itself to the public. Case in point, Bennche was the title sponsor of this year’s UTV Rally in Moab, Utah.

We recently reviewed Bennche’s Spire 800, and the sporty UTV was prominently on display in Moab, as well as its Bighorn UTVs and Gray Wolf ATVs. Bennche sent us some pictures from the event, so be sure to check out the whole gallery below the jump.

Our friends at Kymco were out west near Moab, Utah for the UTV Rally recently and they sent us some pictures to share with you.

The UTV Rally is one of the events we’d most like to attend, as all the pictures we’ve seen of the area look awesome and the riding looks intense. Maybe next year.
