New ATV Trails May Be Coming to Western Georgia

ATV enthusiasts in western Georgia may have a new place to ride. The Carroll County Recreation Department will receive a $1 million grant to build ATV trails at Blackjack Mountain.
Funding will come from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources’ Recreational Trails Program. In addition to ATV trails, the grant will also be used to create pedestrian and equestrian trails and trail features at the park.
Carroll County is located about an hour’s drive west of Atlanta, close to the Alabama border.

I left to join VerticalScope, Inc., one of the world's largest online publishers, to start a number of powersports publications. While at VerticalScope, I've helped create and oversee content for a wide variety of different publications, including ATV.com, Off-Road.com, ArcheryTalk.com, Tractor.com, RVGuide.com, and many more.
