GBC Motorsports was out in Hesperia, Calif. this past weekend to support its riders during the third round of the 2012 Yamaha Quad-X Racing Series at Competitive Edge MX Park.

GBC’s Pro-Am racer Dylan Dixon started his day off with a bang, grabbing the holeshot in the first moto before finishing second. During the second moto fans witnessed a tight three-way battle for the lead, with Dixon eventually claiming the three spot for an overall third place finish. This was Dixon’s second podium of the series, putting him in second place in the season standings.

GBC rider Joey Berg finished third in each moto for an overall third place finish in the 450 Intermediate class in Round 3. Berg put in consistently strong performances in both motos, having to battle from mid-pack starts to the podium. Berg’s hard work in the third round has earned him the fifth place position in the series standings thus far.

Round 4 of the Yamaha Quad-X Racing Series takes riders and fans to The Ranch in Anza, Calif. on Sunday, May 6.
