It is a motorsports complex after all
Former Factory Can-Am ATV Racer Dillon Zimmerman was recently spotted ripping down the street just outside of the Las Vegas Motor Speedway as he made his way out to the desert to do some tire testing. It must be nice to live in such a motorsports-friendly area with miles of desert out your backdoor!
