With the right Yamaha Grizzly 660 parts on hand, this classic ATV can keep tearing up the trails for many years to come.
Yamaha has a reputation for building ATVs that last for years. While you can find some great new ATVs at your local dealer, that doesn’t mean an older machine like the Grizzly 660 can’t still be enjoyed. If you own one of these machined or are looking at one in the classifieds, the online marketplace is loaded with Yamaha Grizzly 660 parts to keep the ATV running like it should.
You can find hundreds of Grizzly 660 parts here, but below are a handful of parts that stand out to us.
A simple and affordable way to refresh your ATV is with a new seat cover. For about $30, this seat cover is among the cheapest Yamaha Grizzly 660 parts you can find. The manufacturer says this seat cover is made of weather-resistant vinyl and features a rubber-like finish to provide the rider with additional grip and control of the ATV.
Batteries don’t last forever, so when you are putting together your shopping list of Yamaha Grizzly 660 parts, consider a new battery. We did some searching and found affordable replacement battery options for just over $40, but you can also shed some weight if you pick up a modern Lithium battery like this one from WPS for $148.55.
If you’ve done some damage to your stock radiator, it’s time to pick up a replacement. We found radiators priced from about $65. The one pictured here features a lifetime warranty. Measurements include a core height between the tanks of 14 1/8”, core width fin area of 8 5/8”, and thickness of 1”.
When it comes to Yamaha Grizzly 660 parts, a busted rear differential can get awfully expensive to replace, but there are some affordable options available. We found this rear differential for 2002-2008 Grizzly 660 models on eBay for $264.32. Here is what the manufacturer has to say about it:
Niche 1325 is a fully assembled Rear Differential for your 2002-2008 Grizzly 660. It does come exactly as it is shown in the picture, and is a complete plug and play application. The Niche 1325 is the number one selling aftermarket differential for the Grizzly 660.
Not all Yamaha Grizzly 660 parts are essential – some of them are designed for added performance and fun. If you want to turn your Grizzly into a mud machine, a 2” High Lifter Lift Kit might be the answer. Available for $116.96, this kit relocates the shock mounts to provide additional lift, allowing you to install taller tires. According to High Lifter, each kit is precision cut and zinc plated for durability and reliability. This is a bolt-on application and High Lifter says the install takes approximately one to two hours.
Heavy Duty Rear Axles
