Phillie the Phanatic is the fun loving mascot of the Philadelphia Phillies major league baseball team. Although he enjoys entertaining the crowd, very frequently he picks on the players who have no problem playing right along. In this video Phillie’s player Jason Kipnis steals the mascot’s ATV while he was distracted by another player.
